Recently, our factory completed a new round of production line upgrades, introduced internationally leading fully automatic CNC processing equipment and intelligent detection systems, achieved a 70% increase in production efficiency and a 20% reduction in energy consumption, marking a key step for the company in the field of intelligent manufacturing and green production.

Intelligent equipment: subverting the traditional production model

The newly put into production automated production line integrates loading and unloading systems and double-head synchronous processing technology. Through real-time data collection and traceability functions, it completely bids farewell to traditional "isolated" production. The equipment automation rate has reached 95%, and the manpower demand has been reduced by 60%. Environmental protection and energy saving: Double breakthroughs in new materials and new processes

The factory simultaneously introduced the preparation process of bio-based composite materials, combining renewable resources such as bamboo fiber with traditional metals to reduce carbon emissions. The heat treatment process adopts the collaborative technology of vacuum furnace and salt bath furnace, and the temperature fluctuation accuracy is controlled within ±1℃, and the energy consumption is reduced by 30% compared with the traditional process. In addition, the application of 3D printing rapid prototyping equipment reduces the material loss of customized drill bit production by 40%.

Industry benchmark: Leading the new trend of drilling tool manufacturing

This upgrade responds to the "Made in China 2025" strategy, draws on the experience of Siemens CNC system and Walter coating technology in Germany, and develops modular drill rods suitable for multiple scenarios such as mining, oil and gas. The new product supports rapid disassembly and recycling, and its Service life is extended by 50%. It has passed API and ISO dual certification. The factory plans to launch the old drill rod recycling and remanufacturing project within the year to build a "production-use-regeneration" closed-loop industrial chain.

Future Outlook

The person in charge of the factory said that the next step will be to deepen the research and development of AI machine vision and adaptive control systems to promote real-time optimization of drilling tool processing parameters. It is expected that by 2030, the company's carbon emissions per unit output value will drop by another 15%, becoming a global benchmark for green intelligent manufacturing of threaded drill tools.
