Description
1.The air-leg rock drill is an efficient drilling device powered by compressed air and is widely used in mining, tunneling, construction, water conservancy projects and other fields. It provides propulsion through the air-leg device, combined with impact and rotational motion, to achieve efficient drilling operations on hard materials such as rock and concrete. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation and strong adaptability, making it an ideal tool for medium-hard rock formations and complex working conditions.
2.Working principle
Power source: Compressed air (usually 0.4~0.7 MPa) drives the piston to reciprocate and generate high-frequency impact force.
Impact-rotation synergy: The piston impacts the tail of the Drill Rod to transfer energy to the drill bit, and the drilling mechanism drives the drill rod to rotate to achieve continuous crushing of the rock formation.
Air leg propulsion: The air leg is adjusted by air pressure expansion and contraction, automatically propels the drill bit and offsets the recoil force, and improves drilling efficiency.
Applications
Mining: used for rock tunnel excavation and ore blasting hole drilling.
Tunnel engineering: drilling anchor holes or blasting holes in railway and highway tunnels.
Construction: foundation treatment, concrete structure demolition.
Water conservancy and transportation: slope support, bridge pile foundation drilling, etc.
Competitive Advantage
1. High efficiency
High impact frequency (≥2000 times/minute), high torque, and fast drilling speed.
The air leg is automatically advanced to reduce manual physical exertion and improve work efficiency.
2. Strong adaptability
Suitable for rocks with a Pugh hardness coefficient of f=8~18, and can operate at multiple angles such as tilt and vertical.
Resistant to harsh working conditions such as moisture and dust, with high reliability.
3. Convenient operation
The handle integrates a control valve, which can adjust the impact force and speed with one button, and has friendly human-machine interaction.
The air leg is height-adjustable to meet the needs of different working heights.
4. Simple maintenance
Modular design, key components are easy to disassemble and replace.
The lubrication system automatically supplies oil to reduce wear and extend Service life.
5. Safety and environmental protection
Low noise design (in line with industrial noise standards), low vibration, and safer operation.
Purely pneumatic drive, no exhaust emissions, suitable for use underground or in closed spaces.
